Hello and welcome to HJ Fitness, we offer a range of different plans to get the best out of our customers. We will take you on a life changing journey achieving optimal health and fitness and the best you possible.
The plans on offer include a Weight loss program, Muscle gain program, Cardio program and Diet advice.
We want to help our customers as much as possible and to do this we make sure to include the customers main intrests and goals in their plan, to do this effectively we call customers before producing the plan to understand what the main outcome and result is wanted.
You can expect to have customer service like no other, we prioritise and specialise out customers main intrests and goals within their plans. Our plans include an in depth workout routine and diet advice. We also offer a football specialised plan to help get the most out of yourself and to start training like a pro, these football plans contain specialised drills to your position and desired outcome, diet, workout routine and effective warm up and cool down sessions.
